Structure characteristics and working principle of grape destemming machine:
The machine is mainly composed of a feeding hopper, a destemming screen tube, a destemming shaft, a receiving trough, a frame, a motor, and a transmission part. When working, the motor drives the destemming shaft. The grapes enter the stem-removing sieve cylinder from the feed hopper, pass through a half-sieve and the stem-removing shaft, and then rotate by the stem-removing shaft. The leaves on the stem-removing shaft separate the fruit particles from the stems and branches, and the stem-removing leaves are in a spiral shape. It is installed on the main shaft and rotates at high speed to discharge the stems from the end of the half screen. The de-stemmed fruit particles fall into the receiving trough from the round hole on the half sieve, and the fruit stems are discharged with a slag-removing port.
