1. Overview of the production line The chickpea paste production line uses dried chickpeas as raw materials and processes them into delicate and delicious chickpea paste through a series of automated and semi-automated processing equipment. Production line process Raw material cleaning The dried chickpeas enter the cleaning tank through a conveyor belt, and impurities and surface soil are removed by high-pressure water flow and vibrating screens. The washed chickpeas enter a small plastic box and continue to move forward through the conveyor belt while draining surface moisture. Soaking machine  The cleaned chickpeas are injected into water and soaked for 14 hours, so that they absorb water and expand to twice their size and become soft. Steaming machine  The soaked chickpeas enter the preheated steamer through a pipe and are steamed at 125°C for 40 minutes until cooked.
